Popup Reminders

What it does: Popups appear on your cart page to remind members they have enough points to redeem a reward or an unused coupon code. These timely nudges can increase redemption rates and encourage repeat purchases.

How to enable:

  • Go to Program > Popup, and it's recommended enabling both “Increase points engagement” and “Increase reward engagement

Plan availability:

✅ Starter plan and above


Points Expiry

What it does:
Points expiry creates urgency, prompting customers to use points before they expire, perfect for re-engaging inactive customers.
You can set the expiry period to 6, 12, 24, or up to 60 months to match your program’s goals.

How to enable:

  • Go to Program > Points > Points expiry to set duration

  • Schedule reminder emails in Program > Points > Email > Expired

Plan availability:

  • ✅ Points expiry: Growth plan and above

  • ✅ Expiry reminder emails: Starter plan and above


VIP Program

What it does:

Reward loyalty with tier-based perks and entry rewards.

Members can climb tiers based on milestones, earning coupons or ongoing benefits as they progress—encouraging long-term engagement.

How to Maximize the VIP program:


App Integrations

What it does:
Seamlessly connect Loloyal with your favorite tools to enhance and automate your rewards program.

Examples include:

  • Email Service Providers (e.g., Klaviyo) for targeted, personalized messaging

Banner Images & Icons

What it does:
Customize your banner image and brand icon to create a consistent look and feel across your rewards program.

How to enable:

  • Go to Brand Style > Widget panel > Images
