How to Set Up the Integration

  1. Once installed, Loloyal will automatically detect and integrate with it.

  2. Confirm the Connection in Loloyal

    • In your Loloyal Admin, navigate to Integrations > Willdesk.

    • Click Setup and ensure the connection status shows Connected.

  3. View Loyalty Data in Willdesk
    After a successful connection, you’ll be able to see customer loyalty details in the Conversation Details panel when viewing support tickets in Willdesk.
