Introduction
Welcome to Trustoo Loyalty Hub — a centralized page where your customers can explore and engage with your loyalty program directly from their customer account. The Loyalty Hub provides a branded, all-in-one experience that helps customers understand their membership status, discover rewards, and stay motivated to earn more points.
The Loyalty Hub feature is available on the Growth plan and above, and it is only supported for stores using Shopify New Customer Account system.

Check their available rewards and redemption options
Track VIP tier progress and see tier benefits

How to add Loyalty Hub to the customer account navigation
There are two ways to add Loyalty Hub, and we recommend the first way.
Method 1:
Go to Brand Style > New Customer account > Loyalty hub
Click go to account editor
Under Configurations, click Customize.
In the main menu, select the Apps icon.
In the left sidebar, locate Trustoo Loyalty - Loyalty Hub.
Click + to add the page to Accounts.
Click Save.
Method 2:
From Shopify Admin, click Content > Menus.
Select Customer account main menu.
Click + Add menu item.
Enter a label for the menu item.
Click Search or paste link > Apps > Loyalty Hub (Trustoo Loyalty)
Click Save.
Tip: If you’re editing a live checkout & account profile, customers may see the page right away once it’s added. To preview it privately, delay adding a link to the customer account navigation until you're ready for customers to see it, or set it up in a non-live checkout & account profile first.
How to Customize the Loyalty Hub
Page color & typography
Shopify customer accounts belong to the checkout architecture. Therefore, the logo, colors and typography are inherited from checkout settings.
From Shopify Admin, go to Settings > Checkout.
Under Configurations, click Customize.
In the Checkout & Accounts Editor, click the gear icon to open the Settings sidebar.
Adjust branding settings.
Click Save.
Image & icons
Images and icons are inherited and configured from Trustoo Loyalty Admin.
Tip: Please note that due to Shopify’s limitations, the default icons for earning points, redeeming points, and referrals are displayed in black and do not automatically adapt to your store theme’s colors. If needed, you can upload your own custom icons. |

Page heading & description
Currently, the Loyalty Hub supports multi-language display ( including English, Korean, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Finnish, Danish, Russian, Greek, Polish, Indian, Arabic, Hungarian, Dutch, Swedish, Hebrew, Turkish ), but does not allow text customization. We are actively planning to add multilingual support and editable text options in a future update.
Common Questions
1. What are the benefits of embedding the Loyalty Hub in the customer account for merchants?
The Loyalty Hub integrates natively into customer accounts for a frictionless, on-brand experience. Customers can view points, redeem rewards, and track VIP progress directly within their account — no redirects, no interruptions, just a smooth loyalty journey.
2. Can I manually customize the display order of modules in the Loyalty Hub?
The display order of modules in the Loyalty Hub cannot be manually customized. It automatically adapts based on the features enabled in your store.
3. What’s the difference between the Loyalty Hub and the Loyalty Page?
The Loyalty Page showcases your program, explaining how it works and inspiring customers to join. The Loyalty Hub lives inside the customer account, where users actively earn, redeem, and track their rewards.
