Accessing your customer data is essential for a variety of purposes, whether you’re performing bulk updates to point balances, conducting in-depth loyalty analysis, or enhancing your marketing strategies. Loloyal makes it easy to export your customer list so you can get the insights and control you need to maximize your loyalty program’s impact.


How to Export Customer Data

Exporting your customers from Loloyal is quick and simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Customers section in your Loloyal Admin dashboard.

  2. Choose the customer group you want to export by selecting the appropriate tab.

  3. Click the Export customers button. By default, this will include all customers.

  4. In the export prompt, select the export type that fits your needs:

    All customers

    Current page

    Customers matching search

  5. Click Export customers to download the data as a CSV file.


What’s Included in the CSV File?

Your export file will include the following data columns:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • State

  • Date of Birth

  • Points Balance

  • Order Spent

  • Referral Link

  • VIP Tier Name

📩 Tip: Keep an eye on your inbox for the email containing the file. It may take a few minutes, especially if you have a large customer base.
