How Referral Program Works

Configure referral rewards for both existing customers and new customers to encourage new customers to shop at your store.


Add a referral reward

βœ… Tip: Loloyal recommends offering both the referring customer and referred friend a reward of the same value, to ensure both customers participate in the rewards program!

1. From the Loloyal admin, navigate to Program > Referrals > Referral rewards.

2. In the Referral rewards section, click Change to choose a reward type you'd like to offer your referring customer.

3. Click Edit, and complete reward value settings.

4. Click Save.

5. In the Referred friend reward section, click Change to choose a reward type you'd like to offer your referred customer.

6. Click Edit, and complete reward value settings.

7. Click Save.

Note:
It is not possible to offer the referred friend Points as a reward option as they do not have an account to add the points yet.
The referring customer is a customer who has already placed orders at your store. Referred friend is a brand new customer who has never shopped at your store before.
