1. Navigate to Program > Referrals >Friends get reward >Friends get reward Pop-up, click Edit

1. What if my friend places their first order without using the coupon? Will I still get the reward?
Yes, absolutely! As long as your friend registers through your referral link and completes their first order, you'll still receive the referral reward even if they don’t use the coupon.

2. I already have an account. Can I still use a referral link?
Referral links are only valid for customers who haven't placed an order. If you’ve placed an order before, the referral discount and reward won’t apply.

Yes, referral links are encrypted and secure. They’re only used to track referrals and will never expose your personal details or order history.

5. How can I see who referred a purchase?
Go to Program > Activity, then scroll down to the Referrals section. There, you'll find a list of all referral activities, including who referred each purchase. Click the referrer to view more details.
