To ensure the best performance and user experience, Loloyal UI, Loloyal Admin, and Loloyal for Shopify POS are optimized for the following browsers and devices.

Supported Operating Systems

  • Windows: Latest two major releases (e.g., Windows 10 and Windows 11)

  • macOS: Latest two major releases (e.g., macOS Ventura and macOS Sonoma)

Supported Mobile Devices

  • iPad (iOS): Latest two major iOS releases

  • Android Tablets: Latest two major Android releases

Supported Desktop Browsers

  • Safari: Latest two major versions (macOS only)

  • Chrome: Latest two major versions (Windows and macOS)

  • Firefox: Latest two major versions (Windows and macOS)

  • Microsoft Edge: Latest two major versions (Windows only)

Supported Mobile Browsers

  • Samsung Internet: Latest two major versions (Android)

  • Chrome Mobile: Latest two major versions (iOS and Android)

Note: "Latest two releases" refers to the most recent major versions of the operating system or browser. For example, Safari 16 and 17, or iOS 16 and 17.
