Introduction
Loloyal links let customers open any part of your widget through interactive elements on your website or emails.
If the default widget button doesn’t fit your theme or layout, you can hide it and use alternatives like text, images, menu items, or buttons. These links can be added to your site or even in emails and SMS campaigns.
For example, a button in an email saying "Check your earned points now!" (password for the demo store: loloyal) can lead customers to your website and open the widget directly at the points section.

Using Loloyal Deep Links
✅ Case 1: Add a Widget Link to Your Website Menu
You can embed a Loloyal Deep Link in your Shopify store’s navigation menu, making it easy for customers to access your loyalty widget anytime.
Steps:
Step 1: Access Your Shopify Admin. Navigate to Content > Menus, and select Main-menu, or customer-account-main-menu (For easier access after customers log in).
Step 2: Click on Add menu item. In the fields provided, enter a Label (what you want the link to be called) and a Link (see below for the specific links).
Step 3: Click Save.
Your new menu item will now appear in your store's navigation, allowing customers to open the loyalty widget with a single click!
Tip:
Loloyal Deep Links work just like any standard URL, so you can use them anywhere—menus, buttons, images, or even emails—just as you would with a regular page link.
✅ Case 2: Open the Loloyal Home View
To open the main panel of your Loloyal widget, use the following deep link format:
www.example.com/#loloyal-home
How to Add a Deep Link to a Website Element
Step 1: Choose the element you want to use—this can be a button, image, or any clickable item on your site.
Step 2: Copy the Loloyal deep link you want to use, such as: www.example.com/#loloyal-home
Step 3: Paste the link into the element’s hyperlink field or HTML anchor tag.
Once set up, when a customer clicks the element, it will open the Loloyal widget at the specified section.
Tips:
1. Always include a #
before the deep link name. For example: #loloyal-home
.
2. Remove trailing slashes in your URL to avoid unnecessary page reloads.
✅ Correct:
www.example.com/#loloyal-home
❌ Avoid:
www.example.com/#loloyal-home/
3. Be flexible — You can use these links on your website or in emails to guide customers directly to your site with the Loloyal Panel already open and ready.
✅ Case 3: Using Loloyal Links in Email Marketing Tools
You can use Loloyal Deep Links in your email campaigns to drive customers directly to specific parts of your loyalty widget.
Example: Open the Loloyal Homepage via an Email Button
Step 1: Locate the button element in your email editor (e.g. "Check My Points").
Step 2: Copy the Loloyal link you want to use, such as: www.example.com/#loloyal-home
Step 3: Paste the link into the button’s URL or Link field.
🎉 That’s it! When your customer clicks the button, they’ll be taken to your website with the Loloyal homepage panel automatically opening.
