Steps to Create a Custom Way to Earn Points
From your Loyalty Dashboard, go to "Program > Points" and click "Add ways to earn points"
Select "Custom action" and enter an "Action Name"
Set the number of points customers will earn
Optional: Add a URL with button text, limit frequency, and a custom icon
Save and enable the action by turning it ON
Connect the "Action Name" to an automation tool (such as Shopify Flow, Loloyal REST API)
